The name is new, but not the veteran behind it – Dato' Lim Kiu Hock. Helmed by Dato' Lim, Horizon L&L is on the right track towards developing projects that matter to its intended audiences.

Dato' Lim possesses more than 35 years of experience in the property sector, including residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality. He is responsible for the success of noted projects such as Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Bukit Jalil Golf Resort, Hampshire Residence @ KLCC, Icon Residence in Mont Kiara and affordable housing in Damansara Damai, among others. These projects have continued to retain stellar capital values and generate positive numbers until this day.
Dato' Lim has a Bsc in Housing, Building and Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia. His mastery in identifying opportunities and amplifying property values led him to key senior positions in leading property names in Malaysia, including Mah Sing Group, Berjaya Land, MK Land and Zelan Development. Prior to establishing Horizon L&L, Dato' Lim was the Executive Director at Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad.

Among the 5,600 students now studying with XMUM, 1,011 are enrolled in three ICT-related bachelor’s degree programs, i.e. Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, and Digital Media Technology. Later this year, XMUM will kick start Bachelor of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence, while a new program in Data Science will be offered in 2021.
